Order Processing & Turnaround Time
Because every wood canvas print is custom-crafted to order, our standard processing and turnaround time is 3 to 5 business days (which includes precision printing on natural wood canvas, hand-finishing, and quality inspection prior to dispatch).

- Standard Processing & Delivery Window: 3 to 5 business days total.
- Order Tracking: Once your order leaves our workshop, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number to monitor your delivery in real-time.

Shipping Rates & Destinations
Shipping rates are calculated transparently at checkout based on destination and package dimensions (single prints vs. multi-panel tiled & triptych sets). We ship to domestic and international locations.

Damaged Shipments
If your package is damaged during transit, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact support@finogallery.com with photo proof within 7 days of delivery.
